The Technical Analyst, Operations role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing configurations and processes within enterprise systems (WMS/OMS). Strong systems, troubleshooting, analytical and data entry skills are necessary.

 

Full Time Onsite Contract role; the following shifts are available:

Hours available to work are: 11:30am-8:00pm ET Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

  • Create and Maintain inventory items in multiple OMS systems and ensure accurate interface to and from Manhattan SCALE
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance SCALE configurations for new and existing clients and projects.
  • Configure documents and document routing for new projects
  • Troubleshoot order processing issues within WMS – apply corrective and preventive actions as warranted.
  • Take lead in supporting testing by IT and Validation Departments.
  • Liaison with SCALE Issues team as well as vendor for WMS support and troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain scheduled jobs for alerts and reporting to Inventory, Operations and Professional Services teams.
  • Analyze inventory reports and look for ways to improve data and limit redundancy across multiple enterprise systems.
  • Review replenishment and allocation criteria with an eye toward continuous improvement.
  • Monitor for interface failures and anomalies and alert IT as warranted.
  • Liaison with IT and PMO, submit PMO tickets as needed for improvements and bug fixes.
  • Support Inventory and Operations in researching transaction and process histories in response to IR and CAPA incidents
  • Train Inventory and operations staff as appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned within Inventory and Operations.

Qualifications

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Data Management

 

Business Experience: Two years of experience in data management, preferably in a Distribution environment. Experience with WMS configuration.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with SCALE configurations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with serialization is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in an environment with deadlines.
  • Ability to self-manage and work in an ambiguous environment
  • Health-care, pharmaceutical or life science industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to research information within various INTERNET sources and utilize sound judgment.
  • Experience with SQL, ETL tools, visualization and reporting software, and database applications.
