POSITION SUMMARY:

 

You will be an ambassador of Knipper Health’s values by telling our story to candidates enabling them to obtain genuine insight into our corporate culture and work environment. We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team.   The ideal candidate will have prior full-lifecycle recruiting expertise, a passion for securing the ‘best in class talent,’ demonstrated knowledge of various Applicant Tracking Systems (ICIMS strongly preferred) and a data driven, reporting mindset.

 

Responsibilities

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source, screen, interview and lead the internal talent acquisition process for exempt and non-exempt roles through hiring & onboarding
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation
  • Be TA’s “Go to Person” preparing a variety of dashboard and analytical reports utilizing the reporting tool within our Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS)
  • Build diverse talent pipelines based on a deep understanding of our business strategy and the needs of each team & hiring manager
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needed for long and short-term staffing goals and provide guidance on interviewing/staffing/candidate assessment
  • Partner with HR Business Partner
  • Be an integral talent partner in building our talent attraction strategy
  • Leverage a range of channels to source both passive and active talent including but not limited to social media platforms, professional associations, universities, etc
  • Utilize pro-active and non-traditional recruitment techniques (direct sourcing, networking, career/school fairs, interns, co-ops, etc.) in the recruitment process
  • Build and maintains successful relationships with recruitment sources such as schools, professional/industry organizations, staffing agencies, recruitment firms, etc. in order to create a pipeline of candidates
  • Stay abreast of innovative recruiting techniques to attract and secure ‘best in class’ talent in an everchanging competitive market
  • Understand labor market trends and implications for how its impact might affect the recruiting landscape of Knipper Health’s hiring needs
  • Assist with the development, coordination and writing of job postings
  • Assist the Director Talent Acquisition with process improvements that will streamline and minimize time -to- fill metrics and increase our ability to deliver on additional departmental objectives by creating greater efficiencies and reducing redundancies

Qualifications

 

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition management
  • Minimum of three (3) years corporate sourcing/recruiting experience utilizing traditional and progressive recruitment strategies
  • Minimum of three (3) year experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Experience working with iCIMS is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in the achievement of recruitment goals in a relationship-oriented environment
  • AIRS Certification (CIR, CDR, CSMR, CTR) is a plus
  • Experience in a multi-site, high volume and fast paced industry is preferred
  • Experience working in a staffing or search firm setting preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in building relationships internally and externally
  • Proficiency with MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software applications, internet research, etc
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, interpersonal and written
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Solid analytical and data reporting skills
  • Ability to take initiative to drive results and work as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of current employment law
