Overview

The Sr. Manager, Data Integrity will have the responsibility to oversee the Data Integrity team, which supports the quality and integrity efforts across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency of customer, client, and operational data. This role is essential to ensuring seamless integration between internal systems, external partners, and business processes. This includes client and customer financial data, as well EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) support. The Sr. Manager, Data Integrity will be responsible for implementing data validation standard procedures, developing data governance standards, translating business requirements into technical specifications, supporting system implementations and system upgrades, and supporting day-to-day operations. This role provides real-time monitoring, analytical and operational support to the Data Integrity Team, ensuring excellent data support is demonstrated across the 3PL business.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in full-cycle implementation including system design; building validation; training; implementation; go-live; optimization and maintenance.
  • Effectively manage and engage with various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior leadership. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and finance, to align priorities, address challenges, and ensure seamless delivery to clients.
  • Maintains a deep understanding of internal systems and processes which dictate system integration and data flow.
  • Create and maintain business process documentation, requirements specifications, test scripts and training materials.
  • Drive and challenge processes and operations using data analytics
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of data to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies and performance manage when necessary.
  • Documents key information for analysis which includes downtime, peak order time periods, inventory accuracy and scheduling accuracy.
  • Day to day support to both internal and external teams and issue resolution.
  • Proactively analyze current processes to gain efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Perform responsibilities in a professional manner, meeting company and divisional goals.
  • Communicate effective written and oral communication across multiple departments.
  • Drive performance and efficiencies within the team to ensure satisfactory customer and client experiences.

Qualifications

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience as a data analyst, data steward, or similar role, with a focus on data integrity and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Previous supply chain experience

 

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with EDI or DSCSCA.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
  • Certification in data management or related field (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, CDMP).
  • Experience with data quality management tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, IBM InfoSphere).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data integrity and privacy (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)

  • Proficient in use of computers and ability to learn internal software programs.
