Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract

 

You will be an ambassador of Knipper Health’s values by telling our story to candidates enabling them to obtain genuine insight into our corporate culture and work environment. We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will have prior full-lifecycle recruiting expertise, a passion for securing the ‘best in class talent,’ demonstrated knowledge of various Applicant Tracking Systems and a data driven, reporting mindset.

 

Preferred location in NJ, KY, IN. Open to remotes candidates in EST as well.

Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment Excellence

Own the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding process for both exempt and non-exempt roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience aligned with Knipper Health’s internal talent acquisition protocols.

 

Build Strategic, Inclusive Talent Pipelines

Develop diverse candidate pipelines by aligning recruitment strategies with business goals and team-specific needs. Leverage insights into each department’s objectives to attract talent that drives long-term success.

 

Consultative Partnership with Hiring Leaders

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to forecast talent needs, advise on staffing strategies, and guide interview and selection processes that result in high-quality hires.

 

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Partner with HR Business Partners to align recruitment efforts with broader organizational initiatives and workforce planning.

 

Source Creatively and Proactively

Utilize a mix of traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels—including passive outreach, digital platforms, and networking—to identify and engage top talent.

 

Innovate Recruitment Tactics

Stay ahead of industry trends by applying cutting-edge recruitment techniques and tools to attract “best in class” candidates in a competitive and evolving market.

 

Process Optimization

Support the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition in identifying and implementing process improvements that reduce time-to-fill, eliminate inefficiencies, and elevate the overall recruitment function.

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

Education/Training: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition management
  • Minimum of three (3) years corporate sourcing/agency recruiting experience utilizing traditional and progressive recruitment strategies
  • Demonstrated success in the achievement of recruitment goals in a relationship-oriented environment
  • Experience in a multi-site, high volume and fast paced industry is preferred

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in building relationships internally and externally
  • Proficiency with MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software applications, internet research, etc
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, interpersonal and written
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Solid analytical and data reporting skills
  • Ability to take initiative to drive results and work as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of current employment law
