The Lead Inventory Associate is responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations and supporting the Pharmacy Fulfillment team in maintaining accurate inventory levels, compliance, and readiness for dispensing and shipping. This role serves as a mentor and resource to Inventory Associates, and is accountable for advanced inventory analysis, discrepancy resolution, and cross-departmental coordination. This role may assist in dispensing and packing prescriptions and OTC orders. The Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and ongoing improvement.

The Pharmacy Compliance Manager plays a key role in maintaining the integrity, accountability, and compliance posture of the organization. This position serves as the primary lead for Accreditation, Board of Pharmacy, and client audit readiness, The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all compliance issues, investigations, and corrective actions are documented, tracked, and closed effectively, and that CPS remains fully compliant with HIPAA, NABP, ACHC, DEA, and applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations.
The Quality Control (QC) Auditor is responsible for performing detailed audits of KnippeRx pharmacy and contact center operations to verify compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), accreditation standards (NABP, ACHC), and regulatory requirements.
