Daily duties also include inventory checks, performing cycle counts, temperature monitoring, receiving & ordering supplies, and supporting efforts related to returns and destruction processing.

As a Contract Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, researching, and processing incoming chargebacks through the applicable billing software. In addition, you will be responsible for verifying and reconciling financial information, cash-application tasks, duties related to accounts receivable and month end closing.  As a branch of the Customer Operations team, you may also assist with other financial responsibilities such as price verification and invoicing.

Works under direct supervision of the CST Team Lead and is responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned client programs. The CST Support Associate works to provide daily support to the Client Services Account teams.   Hybrid role, based out of Lakewood or Somerset, NJ office.

This includes all aspects of the warehouse operation; receiving, storage, picking, inventory control, shipping and product returns and includes products classified as controlled substances, temperature sensitive and hazmat.   Prioritize the daily workload to ensure effective use of resources, with a focus on inventory accuracy, cGMP’s, Standard Operating Procedures, Client Specific Business Rules, safety, and operating metrics.  Support internal and external clients.   100% On-site role based out of Charlestown, Indiana. Must be able to work the hours of 10:00am ET-6:30pm ET Monday-Friday.

The Director is responsible for business growth with existing manufacturers while ensuring the overall integrity of the 3PL program product offerings. The Director will assist in the oversight of the Client Services department including training, setting goals, and executing the company’s strategic plan to achieve top and bottom-line revenue objectives. The Director is a people manager role, and they will assist in the growth and development of direct report contributors as well as aid all other Client Services contributors.  They will partner with service line leaders across the organization to achieve synergies and drive growth.   Based out of Louisville, Kentucky location only.

The VP of Commercial Development, 3PL will also be responsible for prospecting and growing Knipper’s market penetration in new accounts.

The Quality Management Specialist will support all business units through direct support of the eQMS License Holders.   This will include entry of records, monitoring work-flow, editing and closing records. The Quality Management Specialist will provide reports to Management, as requested.   100% on-site role based out of Lakewood, NJ or Charlestown, IN location.
