The position will partner with our businesses to understand employee-related issues and needs and to take those learnings and apply best practices in HR as well as Talent Development; to apply HR-related guidance for a consistent approach to policies and practices, as well as to assist in developing the skills and knowledge of the workforce to enhance skills and performance. This work will include assessing development needs, identifying objectives, developing supportive materials, delivering training solutions, and evaluating outcomes that facilitate professional development, leadership, and continuous learning for contributors.The HR & Talent Development Specialist will create and deliver corporate training programs that are asynchronous (content authoring), and in-person (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (vILT), as well as on-the-job learning, possible mentorship programs, coaching, self-learning and more. The position will partner with and involve managers in the process of creating an environment that enhances the positive culture as well as development through performance coaching and engagement.
