This position will support the pharmacy and collaborate with the IT team.  Provides a mid to low level of support (testing, integration and implementation) of applications and interfaces which deliver IT tools and support business functions across the pharmacy.  Performs project management requirements definitions, ,  and problem resolution and vendor coordination.

Typical schedule will be within 8am to 8pm (Monday though Friday)   POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and processing of patient medication orders, to include order intake within regulatory boundaries, customer service coordination, and pharmacy technician duties as defined by policy and regulation and while under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Typical schedule will be within 8am to 8pm (Monday though Friday)   POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and processing of patient medication orders, to include order intake within regulatory boundaries, customer service coordination, and pharmacy technician duties as defined by policy and regulation and while under the supervision of a pharmacist.

POSITION SUMMARY: Works under direct supervision of the Program Manager and/or Account Manager and is responsible for daily operations of assigned client programs. The Client Services Analyst operates primarily at the tactical level, but is required to be able to work independently, in order to effectively support the Client Services Account Manager on a day-to-day basis. The Client Services Analyst should be a self-starter and have the ability to take on some Account Manager responsibilities at the request of the Account Manager or Program Manager.

Position Summary (Purpose of Job): To support operations and maintain the integrity of inventory.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the effective management of all pharmacy fulfillment operations, from order planning to shipping, and leadership of all personnel in supporting roles.  Duties include the oversight of all kitting, shipments, and pick pack operations, including cold chain and DEA orders. Requires ability to forecast and prioritize daily workload and personnel, and to strategize with the management team when necessary to ensure all client service level agreements are met. The Operations Manager has a quality mindset to ensure order accuracy and adherence to cGMP’s and company SOP’s, as well as Indiana Board of Pharmacy laws and regulations.  Logistics experience is necessary for inventory profiling in carton flow area, and ability to interpret performance metrics to meet company goals and to drive improvements.
