  YOUR PASSION, ACTIONS & FOCUS is our Strength Become one of our Contributors Join the KnipperHEALTH Team!     The Supply Chain Specialist will be a dedicated point of contact for an existing program, supporting a variety of project initiatives in conjunction with the Customer Operations and Client Services team.  Responsibilities include interaction with the client contacts and logistics teams; trouble-shooting program or client issues; answering report requests; and coordinating with internal departments to fulfill any day-to-day client needs or requests.  This is a critical support position in the Customer Operations team, requiring an eye for detail as well as excellent communication, documentation management and critical thinking skills.    

The Utility Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and completing various tasks across the business units of MSM, 3PL and KRx and to pick and pack orders to support Operational areas. The Utility Lead will work closely with supervisors and team members to uphold all safety standards and enhance productivity.  SHIFT: 8:00am-4:30pm

  YOUR PASSION, ACTIONS & FOCUS is our Strength Become one of our Contributors Join the KnipperHEALTH Team!   The Vice President of Quality Assurance is responsible for the strategic development and execution of Knipper Health's corporate quality assurance program and is accountable for the execution and administration of the QA & QC strategy, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and policies to assure compliance to FDA GxP regulations across products and all regulatory audit and inspection activities. This position is a strategic part of Knipper’s senior leadership team and will build and lead the team that will collaborate across our organization on global quality matters across three business units including Marketing and Samples Management (MSM), Custom Pharmacy Solutions (CPS), and 3PL Trade Distribution Services (3PL).   Hybrid role based out of Lakewood, NJ or Charlestown, Indiana corporate office. Must be able to travel to other locations when necessary 20%.

Collaborate with management teams to assess ongoing and future training and development needs as well as determine effectiveness of programs. Optimize the program delivery schedule resulting in trainee readiness within the time-frame needed. Oversee and establish relationships with functional management. Manage and develop training professionals   Role can be based out of our Louisville, Kentucky or Somerset, New Jersey corporate office. Must be available to work on-site.
